The Main Function

Under the supervision of the Sales and Marketing Director, the role involves supporting the implementation of the company's marketing and communication strategies. He/she plays a key role in coordinating internal and external communication activities, actively contributing to the creation, management, and distribution of a variety of content across different channels.

JOB description:

Main responsibilities:

Marketing:

  • Develop and coordinate content for social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) by writing bilingual copy, creating visuals, and managing advertising campaigns.
  • Support the implementation of marketing and communication strategies defined by management.
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets and preparing activity and performance reports.
  • Take photos and edit short videos (Reels, etc.) to enhance communication materials.
  • Conduct market research, promotional articles, and competitive analyses to align strategic actions.

Communication & other tasks:

  • Design, write, and distribute the monthly internal newsletter “Le Guardian,” gathering information, formatting, and distributing it systematically on the first day of each month.
  • Manage and regularly update publications on the Yodeck platform to ensure dynamic internal communication.
  • Actively participate in committee meetings (social, content creation, etc.) by taking accurate notes and writing the necessary minutes.
  • Contribute to the writing and distribution of various marketing content: blog articles, manuals, guides, email sequences, newsletters, and other materials.
  • Conduct content research and respond to any other communication-related needs.
  • Answer the phone as needed, take messages, and transfer calls.

Events:

  • Work with the social committee to plan engaging activities (parties, sports activities, etc.).
  • Coordinate logistics: venues, equipment, schedules, and ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day.
  • Prepare clear and motivating communications to inform our teams.
  • Collaborate with the various teams to plan and coordinate internal and external events, ensuring they run smoothly.
  • Contribute to the management of the operational budget for events and the preparation of activity reports.

Perform any other related tasks related to marketing, sales, communication, or events, as required by the company.

Required qualities:

  • Excellent command of digital communication and marketing tools
  • Rigorous and detail-oriented to ensure the quality of content published
  • Strong analytical skills to measure the impact of marketing initiatives
  • Creative and structured approach to campaign development
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (teams, clients, partners)
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Autonomy and organizational skills in managing priorities and projects
  • Openness to learning and adapting to new marketing trends
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong interest in marketing, communication, and brand image issues

Requirements:

  • Education in marketing, communications, or a similar field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience, ideally in B2B or industry
  • Proficiency in social media, AI tools, and visual creation (e.g., Canva)
  • Ability to work with Google Drive and Microsoft
  • Excellent writing skills in French and English
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail, creativity, rigor, and team spirit
  • Autonomy, initiative, interpersonal skills, and resourcefulnes

Employment conditions:

  • Work location: Atelier Gérard Beaulieu Saint-Quentin, NB
  • Status: Full-time position, 40 hours per week, starting as soon as possible.
  • Salary: Starting at $47,840 per year (depending on experience).
  • Benefits: 50% paid by the employer after 3 months.
